This is a part-time position to support Marketing programs (LinkedIn, email marketing, content) and Administrative projects for the company, reporting to the President.
Part-time Position (10 hours per week - flexible hours).
Compensation: depending on experience. DOE ($20-$21 hour range)
Responsibilities:
· Marketing support functions (email marketing, LinkedIn posts, explainer videos, content, and other lead gen activities to support the Sales and business development effort)
· General admin functions
· Provide general support to the management team & the President for a variety of general office tasks.
- possibly Light Accounting support functions
Required Skills:
- Marketing support & Social Media marketing experience
- 3-5 years experience in assisting executive management team
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong Excel, Outlook and Word ability a MUST
- Excellent phone skills
- Friendly, Positive attitude, willing to learn our processes and multi-task efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and precise
- Motivated Self-starter that takes initiative for expedited task completion
- Cooperative and Collaborative, flexible.
- QuickBooks Online & Desktop experience a plus
