```Duties```
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
-Process orders and ensure data accuracy
-Maintain customer data
-Collaborate closely with the sales manager and VP of Sales
-Work with customer EDI systems
-Resolve data discrepancies with counterparts at customer locations.
-Organize sales related documents including Request for Quotes
-Prepare outbound quotes and manage product certifications
-Address inquiries and provide excellent customer service
-Actively participate in on the job training
- Providing exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Utilizing proofreading skills to review and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Generating reports, and other documents as needed.
- Front desk reception duties answering phone calls and managing incoming mail.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry.
- Coordinating projects by organizing files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members.
