OIT Help Desk Technician
Performance Responsibilities:

  • User account creation for all APS platforms including but not limited to email account, Google account, Aspen account, ID badge w/ picture, Keyscan entry FOB, local system login accounts.
  • Assign appropriate licensing, access rights and security roles for all APS applications. Including but not limited to email, Google, ASPEN active directory
  • Provide end user support to all school's administration office for all APS Platforms including but not limited to MiocroSoft, Google, email, logins. Tasks will include reports, queries, navigation, and feature enhancements.
  • Provide end user support to all staff for all APS platforms including but not limited to MicroSoft, Google, email, logins. Tasks will include password resets, reporting, navigation.
  • Provide end user support to students and families with all APS student level applications by assisting with account creation, password resets and lockout resolution.
  • End-user Training - Provide training to both new and existing staff on APS applications to include, basic navigation, feature enhancements, general knowledge, and best practices
  • Provide general support to the OIT office by assisting staff and students who come into the office seeking assistance with devices or logins. Direct staff and students to the appropriate OIT staff for assistance.
  • Maintain equipment appropriate to your duties and inform the OIT Admin of problems and supply needs. Equipment includes but is not limited to your workspace and desktop, the Keyscan server and ID badge printer and mobile equipment assigned for job use.
  • Performs other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and assigned by a supervisor and/or his/her designee.

Formal job experience/technical school experience preferred.
