TCI ALUMINUN NORTH is an Aluminum Processing Distribution center located in Hayward, California. We provide value-added metals processing services such as cutting, grinding and Twin milling as well as distribute a broad range of Aluminum Products to many industries in our market such as Semiconductor, automotive, medical device to name a few.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative that has experience in the metals industry preferably.

Position is full-time.

Job Description:

Outside Sales Representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales representatives might work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Outside sales reps are friendly, well-spoken, and ready to close the deal. This candidate will work with Inside sales, Purchasing, Credit, and Operations personnel to achieve customer satisfaction.

To be effective in this fast-paced environment the candidate must enjoy working with people. Interactions will be in person as well as over the phone and email. The successful candidate must be responsive, empathetic, and passionate about finding solutions for our customers. This candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile for our customers and our company. Must work with a sense of urgency.

Job Duties and skills required

· Maintain communication with customers and prospective target customers.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Must be dependable and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

The successful candidate will earn a Base Salary as well as Commission and be eligible for a quarterly bonus, and year end bonus plan. We provide a company car with a gas card, and cell phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
