Rn Clinical Manager

We are seeking a RN Clinical Manager to join our team!

You will work alongside management and our nurses to ensure compliance with federal and state home care regulations, company policies and procedures and core company principals and philosophies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Nurses and Therapists
• Provide clinical support, knowledge, training
• Train and mentor new nurses
• Oversee regulatory compliance
• Plan and lead nursing and therapy team meetings
• Develop and plan staff education
• Oversee referrals for care coordination
• Provide back up staffing for skilled nurse visits when needed

Qualifications:

• Active MN RN License
• Must have you BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience including 1 year Home Care experience
• Supervisory experience (can be from any field)
• Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
