This role will take place in the office at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The ability to work evenings and weekends is required. This role pays $27 hourly, PLUS bonus, with the opportunity to make an average monthly bonus of $1,000.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing:
- Support our team of agents in delivering a world class homeowner experience
- Develop the skills and abilities of our team in order to successfully convert leads into successful appointments with our Design Consultant team
- Provide coaching through live listening, QA sessions, 1x1 meetings, and floor observations
- Drive excitement and recognition of performance
- Manage the quality and capacity of appointments set
- Promotoe speed to lead and maintain an effective day to appointment issued rate
- Assist with territory maintenance through forecasting the calendar
- Accurately complete necessary lead check and admin. duties
- Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers
- Participate in any department initiatives / projects as directed by the Call Center manager and / or director

What You’ll Bring – The Person
- Previous Call Center experience
- 2+ years of Call Center/customer service lead/coach experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Inside Sales experience
- Effective problem solving skills
- Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
- Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent coaching skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- This is a non-remote position - must be able to work in the office
