WinnCompanies is looking for an organized Resource Coordinator to support our team in the Nashville Regional Office. In this role, your primary responsibility is oversight of all administrative and purchasing requirements to support the maintenance operations.
This position is remote and the pay range is $17.50 - $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilties
- Create purchase orders based on identified needs to gain approval for purchases of goods or services.
- Coordinate orders with local vendors and subcontractors
- Responsible for ensuring vendors are paid in a timely fashion by reviewing and utilizing purchasing management reports
- Perform data entry duties including applying materials and parts to work orders.
- Evaluates purchasing reports and maintains accurate filing system, as required.
- May participate in the quality control functions for Maintenance Department including subcontractor verification and management.
- May be responsible for fleet management
- May be responsible for duties of Warehouse Manager or Other Department Managers in their absence or as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. College education in a business related field preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of office management, purchasing or administrative experience preferred.
- Must have a current vehicle license in a good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required.
