Responsibilities:

• Engaging with Durable Medical Equipment vendors.
• Assisting with issues related to incorrect or damaged equipment.
• Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of program policies.
• Billing procedures.
• Continuously advancing medical expertise to communicate with healthcare professionals effectively.
• Relaying patient needs to the appropriate Care Team specialists for prompt issue resolution.
• Regular auditing of patient information.
• Maintaining communication among the Care team, Patients, and caregivers.
• Cross-training with Case Management.
• Assisting patients with Medical and Mileage reimbursements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
