Reservation Specialist / Front Desk Receptionist

Paws Pet Resort & Spa is a luxury pet lodging, daycare, and grooming facility. We have been family owned and operated since 2007 and are committed to providing quality pet care services. As our business grows, so does the need for quality team members to be apart of the Paws family! We currently have an opening for a Reservation Specialist / Front Desk Receptionist!

The ideal candidate:

• Must love dogs and cats!
• Have a growth mindset, positive attitude, be enthusiastic, be responsible, goal oriented, and possess excellent time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, reservation software, etc.) Marketing, social media, and writing skills.
• Be reliable, dependable and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays & evenings).
• Strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to take on projects and challenges Background in and/or a strong desire to enter the pet care industry

Duties will include:

• Overseeing a high level of customer service and address customer service needs

• Work with staff, supervisors, GM and owners ensuring the objectives and goals of Paws Pet Resort & Spa are consistently met.
• Set up reservations as well as work as a receptionist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
