G Albert, an upscale, New Canaan, CT based men’s salon, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to their staff. The Salon Manager is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience providing high-quality customer service, then this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including reception, staff and assistants
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Answer incoming phone calls, book and confirm appointments for clients
- Prepare and maintain salon inventory; maintain records of stock quantities on hand and order replacement items
- Collect payment from clients

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team-leading skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
