Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team at a provider of building supplies.
Pay starts at $23.00-$25.00 per hour, working 9:00am-5:00pm. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- Exception phone contact skills and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers by maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to offer customized solutions and recommendations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will process orders efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are met and that they are kept informed about the status of their orders. The Customer Service Representative also handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follows up to ensure resolution. In addition, Customer Service Representatives keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring a high level of data integrity and service excellence. Our Customer Service Representatives also collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory/accounts.
