We are looking for a Receptionist to work the Front Desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support throughout the office. You will welcome patients, schedule, answer phone calls, apply visit charges as well as treatment notes for each patient, collect payments, and file paperwork.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should enjoy customer service while also working in a timely manner. Multitasking and kindness are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, return and forward phone calls and messages
- Enter in treatment charges and payments in daily ledger book as well as in 'ChiroTouch' software (paper & electronic records)
- Ensure reception area is organized
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Process payments accurately and be comfortable asking for collections when due
- Ensure accurate schedule/appointment times and reminders
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Hours: Monday and Friday evenings & every other Saturday morning / flexible schedule
