We manage their applicant tracking systems, interviewing process, and their recruitment strategies, so all that’s left for the company to do is make the final hiring decision. Position Type:
- Part-time to Full-time (Fully Remote)
- Availability to work until 5:00pm ET or later
- Minimum of 3 days, 24 hours per week
Pay Type: Starting at up to $12/hr

Responsibilities:
- Office Administrative tasks include the following:
- Processing and properly filing company receipts
- Purchasing office supplies
- Invoicing clients, collecting payments, and following up with clients with payments outstanding
- Processing payroll
- Issuing payments and filing invoices
- Assisting with employee birthdays, coordinating office events, etc.
- Administrative tasks, serving as an assistant to our company President and senior leaders, which includes the following:
- Assigning daily and weekly tasks to our employees, according to the schedule
- Keeping track of the company President’s schedule, and sending reminders about upcoming meetings, events, and tasks
- Note-taking during leadership meetings
- Note-taking during sales and account set-up phone calls
- Preparing internal documents for new account set up
- Proof-reading and editing internal and external documents
- Marketing tasks may include the following for a Full-time Administrative Assistant:
- Creating social media content and scheduling posts
- Creating content for our company newsletter
- Researching and writing content for our client newsletters
Requirements:
- Administrative background is preferred
- Highly skilled in using a personal computer and the Google Workspace, and a smart phone
- Operates at a high level of integrity and humility
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Reliable Transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Must be flexible and willing to work in different areas of the business, as needed

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
