Eastern/Central United States Reginal Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leveraging brand strategies to develop Double R Brand Foods business in the regions customer base to deliver sales revenue growth, distribution, and innovation targets, category share, profitability, and supply chain goals. This person proudly represents the Double R brands to the customer, enhancing the brand through appropriate distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional activities.
This role has a wide range of account responsibilities, including Food Lion, Meijer, Regional Grocery retailers, and foodservice customers.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver Sales Controllables
o Lead region and broker efforts in strategy development, sales calls, developing presentations, and insights from syndicated data.
o Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits.
o Combine available data with Marketing and insight data to create compelling selling stories.
o Develop, track, and coach broker partners.
o Meet or exceed company growth objectives while managing to trade budget and optimize effectiveness through ROI analysis
· Develop Customers
o Establish and develop collaborative relationships with customer personnel via excellent customer service and understanding of key business development opportunities.
o Understand customer timelines and requirements and proactively and constructively work these back through appropriate Double R functions.
· Be a Leader within the company.
o Create your own long-term and short-term strategies that foster sustainable competitive advantages and growth while mitigating risk.
o Communicates customer trends and needs across the organization.

· Achieve Sales Objectives
o Assortment: Develop and execute new item presentations to increase distribution of new and existing skus..
o Forecast all distribution changes and external impacts that will effect shipments
o Promotions: Plan and implement promotions
o Ensure accurate forecast monthly for promotional and base volume.
o Ownership and accountability for maintaining all trade spending within budgeted margin rates and properly planned and reconciled on monthly/annual basis.
o Pricing: Pricing management vs. objectives, which includes selling in price changes
o Shelving: Own the line review process and coordinate cross-functional needs while adhering to customer timelines (Line review, Commitments, Samples, item set-up, orders, tracking/analysis.
· Other Duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
