Role Description
We are seeking two full-time Regional Sales Managers in our Central and Gulf Coast Texas territories. The field sales executives’ core objective is to develop and grow our education sector customer base that consistently exceeds expectations in the attainment of agreed sales budgets and targets. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, managing the lead generation, quoting and sales processes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Managers report to the Houston-based VP of Sales for the Central U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of demonstrable success in outside sales territory development and growth.
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus, contract furniture even more so.
- Highly independent and self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting visual design concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience with CRM software (ideally SalesForce), and Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Salary:
- Base salary of up to $70,000, paid weekly
- Generous commission and bonus schedule that drives total income well over $100K in the 2nd year
- Monthly car allowance, all travel expenses paid
