Welcome to Sun's Dermatology Biologics Regional Sales Manager position!
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our team in promoting biologic products and maximizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis Disorders.
The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. If you have a passion for driving results and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry
- 3+ years of experience in Regional or District Sales management or equivalent
- Strong ability to lead and develop diverse teams with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical expertise
- Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Experience in Dermatology/Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States
- Biologic or Oncology selling experience
- Knowledge of managing complex reimbursement and access issues
- Experience in building and leading high-performing Biologic teams
- Biologic launch experience
