As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by leading and managing sales activities within your designated region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed Regional Sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with current clients.
- Develops and executes a sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Subject matter expert on all Axelent products and materials.
- Travels frequently to client sites and potential client sites. Travels to trade shows and industry events to promote Axelent and our products and materials.
- Stays up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepares and delivers sales reports to management team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Minimum 2 years of Technical Sales experience in the industry of safety, industrial automation, manufacturing, material handling, or other technical fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 75%.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education and Experience
- Associate Degree preferred, not required.
- Successful completion of on-the-job training related to software programs and product line.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
