Regional New Business Development Manager:
JOB MISSION
To obtain New Business sales on the West Coast & Central region for [ comfort zone]. The Regional New Business Development Manager will be working directly with key spa partners to communicate all tools and in and develop sales and education strategies to grow and support the business. To build relationships with spa partners to provide a clear understanding regarding the importance of skin care and sustainability, and the [ comfort zone] role in supporting that. To make [ comfort zone], unique and exciting for everyone involved, so they can understand what makes us special and feel inspired to support the brand.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve and exceed sales & productivity goals, and brand & sales objectives, in an assigned geographic territory.
Identify and develop the territory through qualified lead generation and conversion, to strengthen market share aligned with [comfort zone] ethos.
Attend and represent [comfort zone] at various spa events which focus on obtaining New Business.
Act as initial regional brand contact for New Business and continue support with the local Business Development Manager for resorts, day spas, medical spas, salons, boutiques, and apothecaries.
Understand and develop prospect visit strategy for impactful visits for self and in partnership with Education Team and/or Education & Sales Director.
Ensure that potential new spa partners are aware of promotions, new launches, strategies, and initiatives. Continuously assess and evaluate sales and training results along with the BDM that supports daily business and identify and proactively suggest improvement opportunities.
Meet deadlines for all requests including but not limited to calendars, expense reports, event recaps, task lists, follow-ups, invoice inquiries, and company training sessions. Complete and follow-through as committed and agreed upon with supervisor, and internal and external counterparts.
Maximize volume and revenue through promotional sell-in and sell-through as a support system along with the BDM.
Participate in social and environmental initiatives to increase Davines' level of sustainability
Other projects as assigned.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the spa industry.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
Exemplify a proven track record of sales achievement and in opening New Business.
Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture and beauty industry.
Open to accepting feedback and utilizing it for growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Must be resourceful and self-disciplined with the ability to develop, gain and maintain business relationships.
Demonstrated results through strategic thinking.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Legally authorized to work in the US
Travel requirements.
Must be able to travel 60% of the time, including overnights and weekends.

We expect the annual base salary for this position to be in the range of $75-100K with commission & bonus and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
