Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage recruiting calendars and appointments.
- Proficiency in Google Calendar and email.
- Excellent reporting & response on every email and slack.
- Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews with precision.
- Help maintain job boards.
- Meet SLA's prescribed by recruiting leads.
- Tasks in Recruiting software such as Greenhouse and Gem.
- Help Speechify's sourcing team with research and leads.
- Strict working schedule that may go into late nights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Scheduler, P.A or a similar role 1+ years.
- Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and/or interviews on Google Calendar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an emphasis on precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree an advantage
- Advanced English
