Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Assist with background checks and reference checks for selected candidates
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft or iCIMS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to navigate HR databases
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Lever or other similar platforms
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus
- Understanding of recruiting best practices and knowledge of different sourcing strategies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
