Event Coordinator - Legal Recruiting
Pay Range : $25-29 per hour
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to execute hiring events and initiatives related to Legal Recruiting.

Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
- Coordinate and execute events for the Legal Recruiting team, including outings, dinners, happy hours, and campus events.
- Manage the end-to-end process of event planning, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with law school career services departments, facilitating positive relationships.
- Collaborate with other offices and departments to identify efficiencies and best practices.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain historical records of events and recruitment activities.
- Oversee candidate and law firm shared expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in event planning or event coordination (internships, on-campus experience included).
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle criticism and feedback with a positive attitude.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
