Job Description

You must be a current Vuori Retail Employee to be eligible for this position.

Reporting to the HQ Recruiting Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator is passionate about Vuori and will be a brand ambassador to candidates. In your role as the Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the recruiting and People & Culture team. Through candidate communication, interview coordination, pre-boarding, and onboarding you’ll help attract, engage, and hire the best talent for Vuori while helping them have an amazing onboarding experience. You are someone with a high-attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while providing an amazing experience for all candidates and internal hiring teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing an excellent candidate experience
• Coordinating candidate interviews and candidate communication
• On-site candidate coordination, when applicable
• Posting jobs on LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters and other platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• MS Office
• Support role in HR or Recruiting a plus
