The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Moloco, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment process. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and service orientation will ensure a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You'll be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and supporting various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and scheduling software will be advantageous for this role.
The Opportunity:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring all parties are informed about interview details and any changes.
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates as per company policy and legal requirements.
- Generate and send offer letters to successful candidates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, handling logistics such as arranging travel for candidates if necessary, and addressing candidate questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support the recruitment process, communicating effectively to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations, and utilizing Greenhouse applicant tracking system for managing candidate data and workflows.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Experience using Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system.
- Familiarity with GoodTime, our scheduling software.
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures, particularly regarding recruitment and selection.
