Key duties include:
Coordinating with our clinical operations team to recruit top-tier providers.
Taking ownership of the end-to-end scheduling process for ongoing and opportunistic hiring needs.
Enhancing candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
Leveraging platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others to ensure a prompt and positive hiring experience.
Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
Passion for building relationships.
Deep commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline.
Ability to manage multiple scheduling requirements simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly evolving environments and shifting priorities.
Good to Have:
Experience in hiring healthcare providers (MD/DO/NP).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role will be in person in San Francisco

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
