MUST HAVES:
1 year of Customer Service experience
Description:
- Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers
- Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles
- Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment
- Update customer information in internal system
- Provide high level or Customer Service
Pay:
$18/hr
Shift:
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. , Monday - Saturday
