The role

 


Job Summary 


The Sales Enablement Specialist will empower our sales team through innovative strategies and cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology, community building, and storytelling to enhance sales effectiveness. The role involves introducing and training sellers on creative technologies, acting as a local champion in networking and community engagement, and guiding sellers in crafting authentic personal brands and storytelling. 


Roles and Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change, guiding our team to new heights in three key areas:

Technology Enablement:

  • Introduce tenured and new sellers to Canva, Adobe Express, Prezi, LinkedIn, Outreach and more creative technologies.
  • Demystify the process of creating original content, ensuring sellers understand the simplicity and effectiveness of these tools.
  • Empower sellers to use these technologies to augment their unique selling styles and personal brand.

Storytelling & Branding:

  • Work closely with sellers to understand their strengths, passions, and personal styles.
  • Guide them in overcoming social media apprehensions and crafting authentic personal brands.
  • Educate on the fundamentals of storytelling as a vital tool for engaging clients.
  • Serve as a solution specialist in specific deals, providing unique and engaging content tailored to client needs.

Community Building:

  • Act as a local champion in networking and community engagement.
  • Encourage each seller to become an integral part of a local networking group.
  • Provide support in connecting sellers with local partners and organizing events such as happy hours, with costs shared by vendors and partners.

Success Criteria


  • Technology adoption rate: % of sales team using the introduced technologies
  • Content creation & virtual community engagement: quantity and quality of original content created by sales team with metrics such as social media posts, engagements and impressions
  • Internal customer satisfaction: level of satisfaction of the sales team with Sales Enablement initiatives and support provided

Organizational Alignment


  • Collaborate with all sellers across the organization, including Solution Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Software & Cloud Consultants.
  • This role reports into the Sales Operations & Optimization Director.

Target compensation for this role will be $95,000-120,000 (mix of base salary and bonus) and will be determined based on candidate qualifications, experience, and location.

 

We are not able to consider candidates residing in the state of Hawaii currently.


What we need to see from you

 


What you’ll bring


  • 5+ years in a dedicated Sales Enablement role at a SAAS company.
  • Proficiency in various digital content creation tools and platforms; ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills – must have the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure effectiveness of Sales Enablement initiatives.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members in personal branding and content creation.
  • Creative thinker with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
