Receptionist/Scheduler

Veritas QA, LLC is looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail oriented individual to fill our Full Time Receptionist/Scheduler position. Must be available to work Full Time at our Cedar Park office Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones
• Direct incoming calls to appropriate recipient
• Process Builder Client scheduling requests
• Assist with email requests from Builder clients
• Monitor Builder Client portals for schedule requests
• Schedule Buyer Walks with Home Owners
• Data Entry
• Miscellaneous Office Duties, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
