This is a high-volume, fast-paced pediatric clinic servicing well over a hundred families per day. Front-end receptionists are responsible for patient intake and check-out, answering the phone, checking insurance, scheduling appointments, and receiving payment for services. Necessary skills include the following:
- basic computer
- phone/fax
- multi-platform communication (written, verbal, and digital)
- interpersonal skills
- professional office skills
- bilingual speaking is preferred but not required
Since our front-end receptionists deal with patient intake, good customer service (even under pressure) is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 43 per week
