Overview
We're on the lookout for a welcoming and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Lash Doctor. As the face of our office, you'll be pivotal in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you're great at communicating, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a busy environment, we want you on our team!

Duties

• Welcome clients and team members with a warm and inviting attitude
• Handle phone calls, book appointments, and manage our schedule efficiently
• Check clients in and out, providing them with retail options and clear aftercare instructions
• Be knowledgeable about eyelash extension terms and products
• Address client queries and provide accurate information about our services
• Work closely with our artists, operations and CEO to ensure appointments run smoothly
• Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and organized
• Assist with various administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document scanning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar preferred
• Familiarity with eyelash extension terminology
• Proficiency in Vagaro, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both clients and staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
