### Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in our medical office. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical receptionist duties and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
### Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient information
- Collect and process payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
### Skills:
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in medical administrative support is preferred

Pay: $12.42 - $14.00 per hour
