Receptionist/Office Assistant

Jet Chevrolet is currently looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable individual who is available to start as a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant with the hours of Tuesday - Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General administrative duties
• Answering phone calls
• Filing and data entry
• Cashier responsibilities
• Light Accounting

Technical Skills Required:

• Friendly and professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective administrative and organization skills
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask priorities
• Ability to work under deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
