Gig Harbor Manufactures sales representative looking for office assistant to assume responsibilities of long time retiring office assistant.
We are looking for a dependable self-starter who can perform the many tasks of running a one person support office for an established Manufacturers Representative company in heavy duty truck parts, Industrial and automotive components sales in the Northwest.
The function include: Customer Service, inventory control, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, spreadsheets for tax purposes.
Our current computer programs include: EZ Inventory, Authorize.net, Quicken, commission statements through RPMS. We are looking for a person that can help evaluate the various programs that can meld these functions into a simple complete program. ie. Quick Books.
You will need to communicate well with manufactures and customers.
Must be organized, detail oriented and a self starter. You will need to be able to work on your own.
Part time with flexible work schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
