Office Assistant - Receptionist

Candidates must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with the office staff, crew members and customers in a polite and professional manner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the office manager
- Welcome visitors
- Data entry
- Answer phones and take messages
- Data entry
- Receiving customer payments
- Check employee timecards
- Coding of invoices
- Copying, filing, ordering supplies and general office duties
- Assisting staff as needed
- Maintain a clean office
- Check e-mails as needed

Qualifications:
- Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Office and administrative experience preferred.

Job Type:
Full-time - in office only
8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
