• Primary Duties Include:
• Greeting patients and being sure that all needed information is accurate in the computer so the patient can have a great eye care experience.

• Answering phones, scheduling patients, understanding and accurately processing prior authorizations and referrals.
• Helping to coordinate patient flow with team members so patients leave happy and clearly know their next steps.

Previous Customer Service experience required.

Preferences

• 2 years Ophthalmology, or other medical office experience
• 2 year college degree

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)

• Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
