We are looking for a collections representative/office assistant. This position is responsible for the following tasks:
- Collections for BHPH accounts.
- Making sure all customer insurance is valid.
- Answering Phones.
- Taking payments.
- Errands - This position is our office runner and it includes bank runs, coffee, picking up plans, delivering and picking up checks, post office, etc. Mileage is turned in and reimbursed monthly.
- Clerical duties; filing, scanning, boxing records, etc.
- Following up on and helping along all insurance claims.
- Paperwork for repossessions.
This job is Monday through Friday 8am to 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch. Every other Saturday 9am to 3pm. With the option to work every Saturday.
Must have a working vehicle and valid drivers license.
Must pass a background check.
After 90 days, employees are eligible to sign up for optional vision, health, and dental coverage where the company pays half. After a year, employees can sign up for a 401k that matches up to 4%.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
