Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are a local Yoga Studio in Fort Myers.

We’re looking for an experiencedpart-time secretary/receptionist to share our love of wellness with! We aim to promote a healthy and holistic lifestyle and environment, where employees and clients feel welcome and treated with respect.

Position Summary

Our ideal candidate is someone who is organized, energetic, and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone experienced who can create a system with our small staff. Other great traits include being professional, personable, and adaptable. *Knowledge of Mindbody software is a plus!*

• We are looking for someone to work one or two evening shifts during the week from about 5:00pm-8:00pm (Starting and ending time is flexible, we will work with you.)

Responsibilities:

• Answering all phone calls and emails
• Keeping all email inboxes organized
• Creating a weekly newsletter
• Responding to, contacting, and doing outreach to leads
• Organizing email addresses by merging or getting rid of ones not in use
• Booking clients and processing payments
• Inventory
• Collaborating on social media to create a consistent schedule
• Maintaining a clean/neat facility by straightening up each day you come in
• Generating and suggesting other administrative duties as needed

Skills:

• Previous front desk or office experience
• Customer service experience
• Communication and computer skills (understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, MacOS Pages and Numbers)

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
