Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, managing appointments, and performing administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Having basic knowledge of quickbooks or willing to learn/comfortable with using computer.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors and clients.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing.
• Provide general clerical support to staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Accounts payable and recieveable entering

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
