This position will be responsible for Administrative assignments, as outlined below.

Responsibilities:
- Primary Receptionist
- Primary for Administrative support
- Primary for Admin support for Operations Manager for Office
- Primary for Office supply procurement
- Primary for Mail management
- Back-up for other Admins
- Back-up support to arrange educational seminars and office events
- Uploading documents
- Filing (both electronic and hardcopies)
- Incoming/Outgoing mail/postal duties
- Route documents for processing and approval
- Clean-out files, organize and shred documents, as needed
- Assist with day-to-day office needs, including office supply inventory and orders
- Back-Up for Admin responsible for company vehicles, coordination with fleet vendors for maintenance, recalls, inspections, washes, etc. (Must have clean driving record)
- Receive and distribute daily USPS, Couriers, UPS, FedEx, Amazon or other packages
- Maintain break areas/coffee bars, conference rooms, printers/supply and storage rooms
- Assist other admin team members as needed and back up during PTO, sick, etc.
- Coordinate, communicate or submit tickets with facilities vendors, coffee, pest, printer, and building/property management
- 2 plus years of Administrative background
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for mail room duties and office supply deliveries
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to details
- Comfortable/accurate with data input
- Cooperative team player
- Demonstrate a drive and initiative with a positive and professional approach
- Self-starter and be able to multi task and perform duties in a timely manner
- Experience working in an A/E firm is a plus, but not a requirement
- A Bachelor Degree is preferred, but not required
