BASIC JOB FUNCTION
Administrative Personnel / Receptionist needed at our Corporate office. Looking for someone Organized, Reliable and interested in working for an established family owned construction equipment supplier company.
The job will require a friendly, customer service-oriented person to assist with our daily Office needs at our San Diego Location. We are a family owned Company with 5 locations throughout southern California. We provide Equipment Rentals, Sales, Service and Parts to Contractors and Homeowners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- 2+ year related experience
Job Type:
- FULL-TIME.

- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm PST
- 1 hour lunch.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering Phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Use a Custom Company Computer Program to view/input data
- Communicate with Customers and assist Customer with various needs
- Email/Fax
- Alphabetical and Numerical Filing required
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary
- Take messages for personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing all other miscellaneous duties as assigned within department
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (included but not limited to)
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting & Data Entry
- Capable of Balancing Daily Drawer.
- Basic knowledge of completing Work Orders is a plus
- Previous Receptionist / Clerical / Basic Accounting Experience.
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented/friendly
- Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
