Job Summary:
Linder & Associates, an established property management company in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various clerical tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members including CEO
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy records
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining a stocked and tidy kitchen, and coordinating company events
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred
