Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in San Antonio, TX. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Greet Visitors/Visitor Check-ins.
- Expense Reports.
- Guest badge assistance/ordering badges.
- Help plan and manage events.
- Manage Events Calendar.
- AED system Checks (Acts as backup).
- Maintains office and kitchen supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Distributes deliveries and handles mail.
- Manages Lost and found.
- Crisis Management Session Planning, Scheduling, and Comms.
- Emergency Pods inventory checks (expiration dates).
- Collaboration with IC on companywide events, activities, and communications (as needed).
- Collaboration with visiting agencies for onsite tours/visits (security, badges, conference room booking).
- Drafting communications and announcements to the onsite population via Slack.
- Signing for packages.
- Site messages to the team on maintenance, outages, or sudden impacts to the office (elevators down, alarm testing, contractors on site).
- Set up site Visits.
- Work with Security - badges for visitors.
- Coordinate and take the lead on multiple events throughout the year.
- Set up Conference rooms for guests.
- Notify Teams of changes during construction.
- This role is front office and meets guests in the lobby, takes initiative, takes notes on the process, and is comfortable asking questions when needed.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $22 - $24/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Length: Contract (12 Months).

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years receptionist/secretarial experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Proven verbal communication and people skills - not shy, especially with telephone etiquette.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
