Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a friendly demeanor. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, and providing general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Maintain a log of visitors and deliveries.
• Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
• Handle mail, packages, and other deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
