Job description
* Welcome and assist guests
* Schedule appointments
* Assist clients by completing all sales transactions and maintaining accurate records
* Answer phone promptly
* Answer questions about massage and company information
* Maintain pleasant appearance in the reception, lobby and conference rooms
* Attend to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations
* Accept and sign for packages
* Professional appearance and dress are required
* Excellent verbal communication skills in-person and on telephone
* Friendly, positive, and hospitable attitude
* A pleasant, calm telephone voice is a must as you will be speaking directly to clients
* Be able to express a little salesmanship
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have reliable transportation
