SalaryExperienced Front Desk medical receptionist needed for a high volume, fast-paced office. The applicant should be pleasant, and reliable with great customer service skills. The applicant needs to be a team player that is able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure all demographic and insurance information is obtained and accurately entered in the EMR
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure lobby and Front Desk remains clutter free and organized
- Collect co-pays/balances at the time of the visit
- Process medical records and referrals in a timely and professional manner
- Complete other administrative duties requested by the Practice Manager
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience:
- Front Desk / Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
