POSITION SUMMARY:
The position of Receptionist/Office Support is responsible for the operation of the firm's reception area, including the main switchboard, scheduling conference rooms, receiving clients/guests, packages, and performing various clerical duties including word processing and filing.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent required. General office experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software applications, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Have strong reading, writing, verbal and written communication skills; must be able to proofread and compare documents accurately; ability to multitask; ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule.
