We are RESTORE HAIR, and we are creating a movement in the world of hair restoration. You have heard about us in the press, with athletes and celebrities such as Deion Sanders, and Brian Urlacher talking about their amazing RESTORE HAIR results.

Due to our success, we are searching for a dynamic Part-timeReceptionist who can grow with us. The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and potential clients at the time of their procedure and consultation
• Answering incoming calls and making follow up calls to patients
• Finalizing paperwork on the day of surgery and relaying information and paperwork to the corporate office
• Collecting payment from patients as needed
• Being a concierge for the patient during surgery to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the day
• Assisting salespeople in the sales process as needed
• Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies and medical equipment as needed
• Keeping office appearance clean and welcoming

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites
• Applicant must be professional, articulate, cheerful and congenial

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Plano, TX 75024 (Required)
