Receptionist *With Customer Service*

We are a growing private practice office in the Tomball and Spring Klein area with a primary focus on patient care. Willow Creek Smiles is looking for a Receptionist / Patient Concierge. Please check our Google reviews and website to see our level of service. If you do not complete the requested assessments, you will not be considered.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with asking for reviews, referrals, and money
- Insurance and dental experience is preferred but we can train someone with the right attitude.

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT
Monday: 10:30AM - 7:30PM
Tuesday: 10:30AM - 7:30PM
Wednesday: 11:00 - 3:00PM (4 hour day as needed to catch up on administrative work and training)
Thursday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

We are currently closed on Saturdays but may open 1-2 Saturdays per month in the future.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
