SalaryIntegrated Medicine Alliance (IMA) has an opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time MedicalSecretary/Receptionistat our IMA Family Practice of Middletown office in Middletown, NJ. Our secretaries' primary responsibilities are answering/making calls, making appointments, mail sorting and distributing, checking patients in/out, scanning, updating patient information, appointment reminders and excellent customer service. Must be able to multi-task, greet patients pleasantly and helpfully, and be HIPAA compliant.
This position is for full-time, or part time in the evenings. The benefits package applies to full-time employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The Medical Secretary/Receptionistbasic qualifications and skills are as follows:
- 1 year of medical experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to interact with patients, coworkers and clinicians
- Great personality and interpersonal skills a must
- Must have vaccination for Covid-19
