Role and Responsibilities: As our Receptionist/Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming and assisting customers, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Managing appointments and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
• Educating customers on various eyewear options and helping them find the perfect frames to suit their style and needs.
• Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling phone inquiries and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
