We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. MUST have own vehicle. This position requires running errands NJ State Motor Vehicles, Post Office etc.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
